Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants for the day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We offer 12-hour shifts, every other weekend rotation, and opportunities to pick up extra shifts. New CNAs are welcome, and training is provided to join our caring team.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA certification must be active.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus.
• New CNAs are welcome – willing to train.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
• Compassionate and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist RNs and LPNs based on individual resident needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and mobility.
• Maintain resident safety, comfort and dignity.
• Respond promptly to resident needs with compassion.
