Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee, is seeking dedicated CNAs for Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) to join our clinical team. We offer 12-hour Day Shifts, every other weekend rotation, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts in a supportive, team-focused environment.

New CNAs are welcome – we provide training. We value compassion, resident dignity, and quality care in a Great Place to Work-certified facility, with competitive pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New CNAs are welcome – we are willing to train!
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus.
• Dependable and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Compassionate and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on each resident’s individual needs
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility
• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being
• Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Assist residents during meals and daily activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to provide quality resident care
