Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN Night Shift.

We offer 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM with flexible PRN scheduling. New CNAs are welcome—training is provided. You’ll work closely with the nursing team to deliver compassionate, resident‑centered care, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain safety and dignity through the night. Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New CNAs welcome; training provided.
• Willing to work overnight shifts and nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist RNs and LPNs based on individual needs.
• Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and well‑being overnight.
• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Follow infection-control guidelines.
• Collaborate with the night shift to provide quality care.
