Job summary

The Greens at Erwin is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN night shifts in Erwin, Tennessee. This flexible night‑shift position supports nurses and provides compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing and long‑term care setting.

New CNAs are welcome, and training is available. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure resident safety, dignity, and comfort during the night hours, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• New CNAs welcome – training available.
• Dependable and comfortable working overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on individual needs.
• Help maintain resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well‑being overnight.
• Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed.
• Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs.
• Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection‑control guidelines.
• Work with the night shift nursing team to provide quality resident care.
