Job summary

The Greens at Erwin is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for a PRN Day Shift in Erwin, Tennessee. CNAs will work with the nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with daily activities and supportive tasks.

Qualifications

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus.
• New CNAs are welcome – we are willing to train!
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist RNs and LPNs in meeting residents’ individual care needs
• Help maintain the safety, dignity, comfort, and well-being of residents
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility as needed
• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team
• Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and families
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines
• Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other members of the care team
