Job summary
The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for PRN Night Shift. Join our caring team to provide compassionate, resident-centered care during the night hours from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification in Tennessee
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience is a plus
- New CNAs are welcome – training provided
- Dependable and capable of overnight shifts
- Compassionate and resident-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs
- Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care
- Maintain safety, comfort, dignity and well-being overnight
- Assist with toileting, repositioning, transfers and mobility
- Respond to resident needs promptly and compassionately
- Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe resident environment
- Follow facility policies and infection-control guidelines
- Collaborate with night shift nursing team to provide quality care
