Job summary

The Greens at Erwin in Erwin, Tennessee is hiring a Day Shift Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with daily care. The facility operates 12-hour Day Shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with every other weekend rotation and potential for additional shifts based on needs.

New CNAs are welcome to apply and training is available. The team emphasizes compassion, resident dignity, and a supportive work environment committed to quality care and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Tennessee.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care is a plus.
• New CNAs are welcome; we are willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Assist RNs and LPNs in providing care based on individual needs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers and mobility.
• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment.
• Follow infection-control guidelines and facility policies.
• Work with the nursing team to provide quality resident care.
