Job summary

Serene Gardens of Rochester Hills is seeking a Supervisor - Caregiver for the 3rd shift to oversee resident care during the night and ensure safety and well-being. You will lead Caregivers and coordinate with the team to maintain high standards of care.

The ideal candidate has caregiving experience and strong communication and leadership skills, and can work overnights with reliable attendance. This role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving or related field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Maintains favorable attendance and punctuality record.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to the Caregivers.
• Ensure the well-being and safety of residents.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist with the training of new employees.
• Comply with Residents' Rights policy and Community and Employee Policies and Procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including but not limited to dressing, grooming, dining etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
