Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Utah is seeking a dedicated FT Day Shift Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, mobility, meals, and personal care. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and high-quality service in a caring, hospitality-driven environment.

You will follow care plans, document observations, and collaborate with a supportive team to enhance residents' daily experiences and well-being. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Nurses Aide certification preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident needs promptly and kindly while maintaining dignity (50%).
• Read and follow care plans to ensure proper care.
• Assist residents in daily living activities including bathing, dressing, hygiene and mobility.
• Provide assistance at mealtime with selecting meals, serving and clearing.
• Transport residents as needed and assist with transfers.
• Chart and document information and report changes to supervisor.
• Respond promptly to resident alerts and emergencies.
• Ensure resident safety and comfort at all times.
