Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Utah is looking for a Day shift Caregiver to provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including bathing, dressing and meals. You’ll support residents with dignity, safety, and individualized care plans, while delivering exceptional customer service in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must have current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management Certifications (if required by state) and maintain through training and ongoing education as required.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training will be provided if required and not already held.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless required by the state.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, and meals.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers into/out of beds and wheelchairs.
• Conduct regular safety checks and report changes in residents' condition.
• Support residents' social and emotional well-being and engage in daily activities.
• Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents and community.
• Follow individualized service plans and maintain dignity, privacy and safety.
