Job summary

MBK Senior Living in Highland, UT is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality care to residents, assisting with ADLs, mobility, meals, and daily activities. You will support residents with compassion while ensuring dignity, privacy, and safety, following individualized service plans and MBK policies.

Expect a full-time schedule (Tue, Thu-Sun, 6:30 am–2:30 pm) with competitive hourly pay, paid training, and opportunities for growth within a hospitality-focused senior living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Medication Management certifications required and maintained.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred unless state requires otherwise.
• 1+ years of caregiving experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and transfers for residents using proper techniques.
• Respond promptly to resident needs and maintain dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Complete ISP reviews, shift reporting, and assignments as directed.
• Support housekeeping, laundry, and program leadership activities.
