MBK Senior Living in Utah seeks a dedicated Caregiver to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You'll work in a teamwork-focused environment, following individualized service plans, and ensuring dignity, safety, and privacy while supporting social and emotional well-being of residents.

This role requires 1+ year of caregiving experience, valid First Aid and CPR, and state-specific certifications as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Medication Management certification if required by state.
• Food Handler’s Card preferred; training provided if needed.
• Nurses Aide Certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Responds to resident needs promptly while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Read shift reports and ISP to understand plan and lifestyle surveys.
• Complete resident assignments as directed in ISP during shift.
• Assist residents in ADLs including bathing, dressing, hygiene, meals, and mobility.
• Provide safe transport and assist with transfers using proper techniques.
