Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is hiring a Blending Operator for the 1st Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM), Monday through Friday, to support production of world‑class brands. You will operate and monitor blending equipment, follow safety rules, and help ensure quality at each step on the line.

This entry-level role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. Onboarding is structured and designed to integrate you quickly with the team.

Qualifications

Shift and Onboarding Schedule

This position is for the 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday. To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, the role includes a structured 4–5‑day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete onboarding during their first week.

As a Blending Operator, you’ll help make the world‑class products behind the brands everyone knows and loves. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the production line. This is an entry‑level role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn are key. No matter the task, your work helps make sure every item that leaves the line is something we’re proud of.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
