Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking an entry-level Operator on the production line. You will work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and ensure items leaving the line meet quality standards.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and a willingness to learn. Schedule is first shift with potential overtime on certain days, and onboarding is a 4–5 day program during the first week.

Qualifications

• Three or more months of Nestlé manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep your work area clean.
• Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
