Job summary

Spee-Dee Delivery Service, headquartered in St. Cloud, MN, is hiring for a Data Entry role in its billing system and customer walk-in counter. You will input data accurately for accounts receivable and assist customers at the counter during a Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM shift.

The position requires basic computer skills, good communication, and attention to detail. Clerical experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with the opportunity for growth in a family‑owned, Midwest logistics

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and open walk-in counter daily.
• Greet and assist customers with parcels for shipment.
• Enter packages for pickup or inbound scans using handheld device.
• Enter billing information into system with 10-key and desk top scanner.
• Handle customer inquiries by phone and email regarding shipping paperwork.
