Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service in St. Cloud, MN is seeking a Fulfillment Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure order accuracy and product quality within our warehouse. You will perform spot checks on outbound orders and audits of inbound materials to verify contents, quantities, labeling, packaging, and documentation before shipment.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and safe operating procedures. Hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with overtime possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with inventory software and scanning devices is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform spot checks on outbound orders to verify contents, quantities, labeling, packaging, quality and accuracy before shipment.
• Audit inbound materials for receipt, correct quantities, storage placement and condition.
• Audit invoices, packing slips, and shipping docs for accuracy before billing or shipment.
• Maintain records of inspections and discrepancies; report metrics to management.
• Assist with inventory counts and pallet audits as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and support new safety procedures.
