Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service in St. Cloud, MN, is seeking a Customer Relations Assistant to provide administrative support in the Customer Relations department, handling inquiries, coordinating communications, and supporting sales activities.

This full-time, onsite role offers Monday–Friday hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with compensation of $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience. Candidates should possess strong written and verbal skills, solid organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related sales program.

Responsibilities

• Respond to sales department inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
• Support existing and new customers regarding services, quotes, etc.
• Assist with distributing mass mailings and sending out information packets to potential customers.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-up calls with prospective and existing customers to generate new business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support sales growth.
• Update customer account information and enter new shipping accounts into system to ensure correct billing records.
• Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment while providing professional, courteous, and customer-focused service.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines and department needs.
• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks independently while maintaining effective communication and collaboration with team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
