Job summary

Primo Brands Corporation in Taunton, MA is seeking a maintenance technician to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment during a 5:00am-1:30pm shift, Monday through Friday. The role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure production goals are met.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift including start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts.
• Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, downtime, and output.
• Adhere to safety and GMP standards and participate in safe behavior programs.
• Communicate issues affecting production to maintain company standards.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for efficiency and downtime.
• Perform hourly quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Interact with team members from Quality Assurance and Maintenance to maximize output.
• Attend shift and plant meetings and contribute to continuous improvement.
