Job summary

Primo Brands is hiring a maintenance technician to operate and maintain production lines at our Hawkins, TX location. You will perform setup, changeovers, cleanup, troubleshooting, and data logging while following GMP and safety practices.

You will collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams, monitor performance metrics, and participate in safety programs. This is a full-time, on-site role with weekend/holiday considerations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work the scheduled shift which includes start-up and handover meetings.
• Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred.
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience.
• Ability to work on your own and with a team.
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the radio.
• Microsoft Office experience; SAP a plus.
• Forklift experience is preferred, but training can be provided.
• Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and complete basic maintenance on production equipment.
• Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, downtime, and output.
• Adhere to safe work practices and GMPs; participate in safety programs.
• Communicate issues that prevent operation to standards.
• Meet or exceed efficiency, production, and downtime targets.
• Perform mathematical calculations as needed.
• Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure product quality.
• Inspect raw materials against quality standards before loading.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to maximize output.
• Attend shift, team, and plant meetings; continuously improve line operation.
• Crosstrain in other areas to support operations during downtimes.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
