IMI invites applicants for a production supervisor role in the Irwin, PA area. You will manage a fast-paced assembly operation, adjust workforce schedules to meet delivery goals, audit performance, and cross-train workers to handle fluctuations.

This position emphasizes lean problem-solving (5 Whys, Fishbone), safety, SOP updates, and collaboration with Engineering, Materials Management, and Purchasing to meet customer demands. Pay range is $75,000–$85,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• At least 5 years’ experience in a production environment.
• Assembly department supervisor experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the day-to-day activities of a fast-paced assembly operation.
• Adjust workforce schedules to achieve the delivery goals.
• Audit production performance and utilization; provide feedback to employees.
• Crosstrain the workforce to manage production fluctuations.
• Monitor and scrap and re-work and develop corrective actions.
• Perform lean problem-solving techniques using 5 Whys, 3C’s, Fishbone etc.
• Monitor workload and adjust to meet the demand.
• Create new part routings and update current routers to most efficient processes.
