Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business and/or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong supervisory experience in an engineered-product, low-volume/high‑mix manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on mechanical interest or experience.
• Demonstrated Lean manufacturing experience.

Job Description

• Direct and manage assembly‑area manufacturing activities to achieve plant objectives and production goals.
• Oversee manufacturing of products to established specifications for quality, functionality, and lead time.
• Schedule daily work activities and maintain accurate production schedules.
• Establish and maintain performance expectations, metrics, and accountability for direct reports.
• Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, quality, and other internal performance metrics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.
• Ensure employees follow company safety procedures and receive required training.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, ISO, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Enforce General Manufacturing Practices and company procedures.
• Maintain high-quality standards while supporting excellent customer service.
• Foster a positive, motivational team environment and provide strong leadership.
• Work on assigned projects, including productivity improvements and development of training programs for new employees.
