Job summary

Futures Unlimited, Inc. in Wellington, Kansas is seeking a compassionate Vocational Support Coordinator to lead our Day Services Program.

You will supervise staff, recruit and train, and ensure person-centered supports that help individuals pursue meaningful work, community involvement, and independence. As part of the management team, you will monitor quality and compliance, coordinate documentation, and provide direct support when needed.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory/management experience.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Wellington, KS.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Day Services Program and ensure high-quality supports.
• Supervise program supervisors and direct support professionals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop staff.
• Foster a positive, person-centered culture.
• Manage fiscal planning, compliance, and program development.
• Coordinate electronic documentation and staff training.
• Provide direct support when needed and participate in on-call rotation.
