Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team to support persons served and implement goals.
• Schedule direct care staff and coordinate client medical appointments.
• Oversee medication management and documentation.
• Assist with housing, benefits, and social security processes.
• Prepare progress notes and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and agency policies.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Engage with families and community partners.
