Placement Partners MN Inc. seeks a dedicated Vocational/Day Support Associate Program Director to supervise a team of Employment Support and Community Support Specialists.

The role focuses on securing employment for clients, developing life skills, and ensuring compliance with policies to deliver positive outcomes and ROI. The position demands leadership in alignment with the company mission, with responsibilities including staffing, training, and maintaining records.

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Up to date auto insurance is required.
• Maintain acceptable motor vehicle report as part of job requirements.
• Designated Coordinator qualifications per MN Statute 245D.081 (see below) with multiple education/work-experience combinations.

Mansioni

• Supervise Employment Support Specialists and Community Support Specialists and step in when needed.
• Strive to help clients obtain competitive employment and maintain employment status.
• Ensure clients develop life skills to participate in community activities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and procedures.
• Manage resources to achieve positive outcomes and ROI.
• Maintain consumer records per privacy regulations and generate required reports.
• Represent the company at ID Team Meetings and information meetings for assigned consumers.
• Complete weekly on-site/off-site activity planning in Google Calendar by 9 AM Monday.
• Submit labor and expense hours daily via the company portal.
• Supervise up to 6 staff and hire/train them per policy.
• Ensure timely and fair performance evaluations; minimize turnover.

Conoscenze

Formazione

Bachelor's degree in human services / education / health

Associate degree in related field

Diploma in related field

50 hours of education and training in human services
