You will help with scheduling, supervision, and health and wellness activities while fostering social engagement in a safe environment.

• Provide person-centered support to participants and collaborate to help achieve personal goals.
• Ability to establish good working relationships with staff, clients, and partners.
• Strong communication and instructional skills; motivate participants to engage.
• Must complete a caregiver background check and hold a valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and using search engines for information.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise group activities such as arts, crafts, music, games, and wellness.
• Support daily schedule and smooth transitions between activities.
• Provide respectful, person-centered support and assist with personal goals.
• Develop tailored support programs for adults with disabilities.
• Maintain documentation: case notes, attendance, observations, and incident reports.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment with consistent supervision.
