Job summary

Eden Autism Services in Princeton, NJ, is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead DSP staff, coordinate training, and oversee daily residence operations. The role focuses on behavioral support plans (BSPs) and Individual Habilitation Plans (IHPs) with data-driven progress reporting.

The position runs 12:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with two weekend days per month; PCM certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred for optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IHPs and ABA concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to helping individuals with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and staff; conduct evaluations.
• Coordinate training and development for residential staff.
• Ensure data collection for teaching and behavior programs; monthly progress reports.
