Job summary

Eden Autism Services in Plainsboro, NJ, seeks a Center Supervisor to lead center staff, oversee daily operations, and supervise clinical activities for participants. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years direct care experience, with one year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; driving experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and train center staff; supervise operations and clinical aspects.
• Maintain residential schedules and staff coverage for all shifts.
• Oversee medication administration and documentation; ensure health records accuracy.
• Maintain participant files (IHPs, medical, dental, etc.) and schedule medical appointments.
• Communicate with families, staff, and regulatory agencies; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Assist in maintaining budgets and completing required paperwork; support facility maintenance.
