Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking an Assistant Program Manager for the Day Support Program in Northern Virginia. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities and assists the Program Manager in daily operations to ensure high-quality services.

The position emphasizes compliance with Medicaid, licensing, CARF, and other funding sources. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must pass DBHDS background check and ODD competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Program Manager in absence; ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Assist in providing support to individuals served and staff; ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Assist with evaluation/ISPs, progress reviews, reports, and documentation with accuracy.
• Encourage active engagement in daily group and individual activities; coordinate schedules and supervision.
• Promote safe, clean environment; notify manager of medical concerns and incidents.
