ServiceSource, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to support daily operations, ensure compliance, and assist with service development for individuals served. You will help in evaluating reports, coordinating ISPs, and maintaining accurate records.

The role emphasizes active participant engagement, safety, and collaboration with staff. Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's or related coursework, three years in developmental disabilities, and a valid driver’s license; ODD certification

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or college coursework in the human service field is preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must pass the DBHDS fingerprinting and criminal background check.
• Must pass the ODD (Orientation to Developmental Disabilities) assessment and competencies.
• Drivers must possess a valid driver’s license with a good MVR; driving requirements vary by site.
• If eligible to drive, online driving training must be completed within 15 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of the Program Manager in their absence and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Assist in providing support to individuals served and staff while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations.
• Complete and review evaluation/assessment reports, ISPs, progress reviews, daily notes, case notes, incident reports, contacts, reviews, attendance and other documentation.
• Encourage active engagement in daily group and individual activities across community integration, personal care, mobility, behavior intervention, medication, training, coordination of schedules, and supervision of participant’s activities.
• Promote a safe, clean, and orderly environment and report unsafe conditions; notify relevant staff of medical concerns or significant events.
