Job summary

ServiceSource is seeking an Assistant Program Manager in Lorton, VA. The role supports the Program Manager, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and CARF, and high-quality documentation for individuals served.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of experience with developmental disabilities, and driving eligibility. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR; driving training if eligible.

Responsibilities

• Act as assistant to Program Manager and serve in acting capacity in their absence.
• Support development and implementation of services and programs for individuals served.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, licensing, CARF, and related regulations.
• Maintain accurate participant records, ISP progress reviews, and related documentation.
• Promote engagement and safety in group and individual activities; report incidents promptly.
• Coordinate communication with families, guardians, and coordinators; participate in meetings.
• Support staff through documentation, QA, and training; complete organization SOPs.
