Job summary

ServiceSource is hiring an Assistant Program Manager for our Day Support Program serving adults with developmental disabilities in Northern Virginia. The role ensures smooth daily operations, supports staff, and maintains compliance with Medicaid, licensing, and CARF guidelines.

The successful candidate will have at least three years of relevant experience, a GED or high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and the ability to supervise in the Program Manager’s absence while promoting client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human services preferred.
• Must pass fingerprinting and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform the duties of the Program Manager in their absence.
• Ensure daily operations are fulfilled and running smoothly.
• Maintain communication with management and staff regarding site issues.
• Assist in supporting individuals served and staff as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid, Licensure, CARF and other regulations.
• Complete and review ISP, progress reviews, daily notes and related documentation.
• Promote active engagement and a safe, respectful environment.
