Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Six years’ experience in Human Services.
• Four years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of OPWDD regulations preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Bethpage program.
• Monitor service quality and site maintenance to ensure high standards.
• Design and implement monitoring systems for efficiency and compliance.
• Manage staff recruitment, supervision, and development.
• Participate in development and monitoring of budgets for programs.
• Initiate and manage new program initiatives.
• Oversee admissions, census tracking, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory quality standards.
• Maintain collaboration with other ACLD programs and external agencies.
• Coordinate clinical services and attend clinical meetings.
