• Enter DayRehab referrals into EMR promptly.
• Confirm receipt of referrals with sources and teams.
• Communicate referral info to Clinical Manager and team.
• Create treatment schedule based on clinician input and census.
• Enter schedules into DayRehab scheduling tool.
• Confirm schedules with patients, families, and sources.
• Assist with rescheduling appointments and other admin tasks.
