Shirley Ryan AbilityLab seeks an Admission Liaison to represent SRAlab to hospitals, physicians, and families. You will assess referrals, support admissions, and drive market development to expand rehabilitation services across the Chicagoland region.

The role requires nursing or rehab licensure in Illinois, 3–5 years of clinical experience, and proven sales aptitude. Strong communication, HIPAA compliance, and EMR proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Pathologist with current Illinois license; BSN preferred for RN.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience with strong assessment skills.
• Demonstrated sales aptitude with a track record of exceeding expectations.
• Thorough understanding of SRAlab programs and locations; clear patient and clinician communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional presentation skills.
• Proficient with electronic medical records, laptops, iPads and mobile devices.

Responsabilités

• Build professional relationships and represent SRAlab to physicians, discharge planners, and families.
• Support admissions by assessing appropriateness and sharing clinical information.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow referral volume in the designated territory.
• Schedule and deliver in-services and presentations to referral sources and community groups.
• Maintain referral databases and participate in budget-related activities.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and coordinate with inpatient and Day Rehab admitting teams.
