Job summary

The Shirley Ryan AbilityLab in Chicago is seeking an Admission Liaison to serve as the face of SRAlab with referral sources, primarily hospitals, and to facilitate admission decisions for patients across the SRAlab system.

You will build relationships, present rehabilitation services, coordinate with physicians and case managers, schedule in-services, and help expand market presence while ensuring HIPAA compliance and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, physical therapist, occupational therapist or speech & language pathologist with current license in the state of the assigned territory (IL/MO).
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience with strong assessment skills; rehab experience or CRRN preferred for RN.

Responsibilities

• Build productive relationships with referral sources and represent SRAlab rehabilitation services.
• Support the admission process and convert referrals to admissions with clinical information.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape in rehabilitation services.
