Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a Program Supervisor - Activity Director to oversee day programs at Brenham State Supported Living Center. You will coordinate services for individuals with disabilities, develop programming schedules, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

The role requires leadership of staff, SAP and IDT coordination, and ensuring program quality. The position involves ensuring compliance with labor guidelines, training staff, and maintaining

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, management, human services or related field.
Experience leading, directing or managing others in day/vocational programming.
Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Develops day programs and services in collaboration with the supervisor.
Writes procedures and manuals to enhance program implementation.
Manages budget development and staff coverage for day programs.
Works with IDTs to plan programming and SAP-related activities.
Oversees staff to ensure coverage and trained workforce.
