Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field with two+ years’ experience.
• Administrative experience preferred (at least one year).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of community-based work, recreation, leisure, and life skills activities.
• Split between case management, group coverage, and administrative work.
• Assist in hiring, supervising, evaluating, and training staff.
• Plan and participate in planning meetings, advocate for individual needs.
