Job summary

Qualifications

• Positive, energetic and dedicated approach to supporting adults with disabilities.
• Ability to document goals and progress clearly with families/guardians.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions teaching life, hobby, recreational, and communication skills.
• Support participants to volunteer, exercise, and engage in community activities.
• Foster personal development, social skills, and effective communication.
• Learn and apply redirection, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques.
• Manage caseload of about 6 participants and document goals.
