Qualifications

• 1-3 years in human service setting; GED or HS diploma; college degree may substitute for 1 year experience.
• MAP certification required within 6 months of hire; recertification every 2 years.
• CPR & First Aid certification required; obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Safety Care certification required; obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to program model and protocols; support day-to-day running of the home.
• Attend and facilitate staff meetings; participate actively in program operations.
• Exercise clinical judgement in supporting individuals and programs; assist with ISP progress reports.
• Assist in arranging appointments for individuals; advocate on their behalf with external agencies.
