Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years’ experience working with adults with developmental disabilities.
• Must have a working knowledge of relevant agency policies.
• At least one year experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of community-based work and recreation activities.
• Assist in hiring, supervising, and training staff.
• Advocate for individual needs in planning meetings.
• Provide personal care to individuals as necessary.

Skills

Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities

Knowledge of OSHA and Medicaid policies

Administrative experience

Valid Driver’s license

Background check compliance

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
