Qualifications

• English or Spanish communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience with timekeeping via mobile devices is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and reliable work ethic.
• Punctual, detail-oriented, able to work independently.
• Comfortable outdoors and on your feet for long shifts.
• Janitorial, custodial, or porter experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe surfaces; manage restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills; remove debris.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness and report needs.
• Follow safety rules and wear required safety equipment.
