Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a reliable facilities team member to perform cleaning and maintenance across lobbies, hallways, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish surfaces, and assist with moving furniture and deliveries as needed.

Responsibilities include setting up rooms for meetings and events, reporting maintenance issues, replenishing supplies, and supporting other departments with facility-related needs.

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust surfaces and clean windows.
• Transport trash and recyclables to designated disposal areas.
• Set up and break down rooms or spaces for meetings, events, or special functions as needed.
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and deliveries throughout the facility.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, reporting leaks, or other facility issues to management.
• Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as necessary.
• Support team members and other departments with facility-related needs
