Job summary

Sea Crest Facilities Services LLC is seeking a dependable janitorial/porter to uphold cleanliness across hallways, lobbies, entrances, and public areas. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, and maintain both indoor and outdoor spaces with attention to safety and sanitation.

The role requires independent work as well as teamwork, strong communication, and the ability to lift and move equipment. Prior cleaning experience is preferred, and a professional appearance is expected.

• Previous cleaning or porter experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment or supplies.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, lobbies, entrances, elevators, and common areas.
