Job summary

Harvard-Maintenance,-Inc. is seeking a Porter to maintain daily cleanliness and upkeep of public and operational spaces. You will respond to work orders and Building Management requests to keep spaces welcoming for tenants, employees, and visitors.

Three shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. The role emphasizes strong communication and reliability and requires working assigned hours.

Responsibilities

• Service all public and operating space throughout the building.
• Facilitate plaza and/or parking garage areas as specified.
• Keep elevator cars clean and neat.
• Preserve lobby and first impression areas.
• Uphold exterior of building.
• Maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Check and restock all restroom products.
• Police building grounds.
• Police the dock.
• Police stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly and damp mop stair landings & treads monthly.
• Snow removal. Respond to special requests throughout the day.
