Job summary

Opportunity Builders, Inc. seeks a Day Habilitation/CDS Manager to supervise DSP staff, coordinate transportation, and optimize participant supports. This role partners with other managers to ensure high-quality daily services and staff scheduling.

You will lead training, handle staffing coverage, vehicle assignments, and maintain documentation while adhering to agency policies. A strong background in developmental disabilities and supervision is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage a team up to 100 DSPs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and daily vehicle access.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train DSP staff to deliver quality supports.
• Manage staffing and vehicle assignments for Day Habilitation and CDS.
• Coordinate transportation schedules and GPS monitoring.
• Plan and participate in management team meetings and in-service days.
• Ensure payroll and client management systems are accurate and timely.
