Job summary

Jay Peak Resort is seeking a Day Group Sales Representative to coordinate all aspects of Day Group Sales, including skiing, water park groups, and events. You will interact with clients and internal teams to plan and fulfill group needs.

The role is entry level, full-time, located in Jay, VT, with opportunities to grow within the sales organization and contribute to bi-weekly and annual sales reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating group sales or event bookings is a plus.
• Strong communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to up-sell and manage group needs across multiple products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Day Group Sales efforts for skiing, water park groups, and events.
• Ticket all Day Groups using ticketing software.
• Communicate with groups and internal stakeholders for needs and plans.
• Attend regional off-site sales events for Jay Peak Resort.
• Promote smooth implementation of Day Group requirements.
• Prepare and use Day Group forecasting templates; assist in end-of-season reporting.
