Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience with persons with mental illness/addictive disorders preferred.
• Experience as a graduate of foster care or residential treatment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support and training in daily living skills.
• Monitor and document participant self-administration of medication.
• Lead groups and recreational activities.
• Conduct apartment inspections and oversee maintenance.
• Document services, incidents, and high-risk behaviours.
• Attend trainings as requested by supervisory personnel.
