YMCA of Greater Seattle is looking for a Day Camp Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage a vibrant team. You will ensure the safety and quality of program activities while engaging with children aged 10-15. An ideal candidate has previous experience with children, leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive environment. Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2-3 years’ experience with children, camps, childcare, or tutoring.
• 1-3 years' experience supervising a team.

Mansioni

• Manage a team of Leads and Counselors working with groups of children.
• Ensure safety and quality of day camp programs.
• Engage with parents/guardians about campers' experiences.

30 credits of college-level coursework
