Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2-3 years’ experience with children, camps, childcare, or tutoring.
• 1-3 years' experience supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Leads and Counselors working with groups of children.
• Ensure safety and quality of day camp programs.
• Engage with parents/guardians about campers' experiences.
