Job summary

YMCA of the Cedar Rapids Metro Area is seeking a Program Billing & Database Specialist to manage Daxko Operations and Daxko Engage. You will configure memberships, programs, schedules, and billing settings while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.

You will build reports, support financial mappings, and train staff on Daxko functionality, collaborating with Finance, Programs, and Membership teams to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in complex database management, with preference for DAXKO products.
• Strong data integrity skills, reporting, and financial mapping support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Daxko Operations and Daxko Engage with system integrity.
• Configure memberships, programs, billing settings and workflows within Daxko.
• Develop reports and dashboards; analyze data trends and support financial mappings.
• Provide user training and day-to-day support for Daxko users.
