YMCA of Southwest Florida is seeking a DAXKO/System Support professional to assist the Association Director of Membership in managing the Membership database and generating reports for team leaders. The role includes supporting website and mobile app integration, providing user training, and handling routine troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate has strong data-entry skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work with various staff levels.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience in administrative, clerical, data entry, or technical support role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience entering/updating information in databases or business software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry/recordkeeping.
• Basic computer troubleshooting and ability to assist others with routine questions.
• Ability to generate standard reports and identify data discrepancies.
• Strong organizational skills; prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; assist staff with varying tech experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow data security procedures.
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Willingness to learn new software applications and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Association Director of Membership to identify efficiencies and support program setup, rate changes, and workflow processes.
• Identify and provide reports for membership and program leaders as directed.
• Support integration with YMCA of Southwest Florida's website and mobile apps.
• Provide support and training in the use of the application when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues, including password resets and user profile updates.
• Escalate issues requiring immediate resolution to the DAXKO support team.
• Consult with users to determine hardware, software, or system specifications.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues related to the DAXKO product and advise on specs.
